Getting to Siesta Key

Siesta Key is a barrier island of Sarasota, Florida. It is located 40 miles south of Tampa, Florida along the Gulf of Mexico. If you are traveling by car, take exit 205 off I-75. This will lead you down Clark Road and over Stickney Pt. Bridge. The road ends at Midnight Pass Rd. Siesta Key lodging is located on both ends of the key. Turtle Beach is to the South, and the Siesta Key Public Beach is to the north.

If you choose to fly, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) serves the Sarasota area. SRQ is an international airport, with flights arriving and departing daily and is approximately 10 miles north of Siesta Key. If you are looking for a larger variety of carriers, TPA is an hours drive away and is home to most airlines.
